C.O.M.E.P. been working for 20 years in the grinding sector of the sanitary, but the experience is far more than thirty years under the previous name of M.E.P.
We produce grinding machines and grinding wheel. During these years, we had the pleasure of working for a great number of companies of the sanitary ware sector, this has been useful to know and solve, whenever possible, the various problems of the finishing sector of the pieces.

C.O.M.E.P. DI CAVALET DARIO & C. S.A.S. 2019: PROCESS INNOVATION AND COMPANY REORGANIZATION
Thanks to the contribution of the Veneto Region, was purchased the “DOOSAN mod. DNM 6700” vertical machining center (cutter) with Doosan-Fanuc-iseries CNC equipped with INDUSTRY 4.0 READY – OVER 4.0 and specific software for integration and monitoring of work within the company system and Software License CAM EdgeCam Standard Milling – Solid Machinist Max module.
Purpose: enhancement of the level of corporate digital development and the creation of new innovative products for specific national and international market segments.
Results: production flexibility, increased process dynamics and greater operational flexibility and system reconfiguration, speed from the prototyping phase to series production with reduction of set-up times and acceleration of go-to-market times, reduction of energy consumption and use of raw materials, smart review of many products and development of new ones
