Description
All honing machines are designed to provide reliability and a high degree of finishing of the pieces to be honed.
Materials removal occurs through a 250 mm. diameter diamond wheel which is coaxially mounted on a 7.5 HP engine.
The machine is made up of two main parts, a wheel-bearing hone whose wide stroke allows to work pieces as high as 500 mm., and a mobile trolley which adapts to the piece’s shape through a self-learning electronic device which, once the data is stored, repeats it through a CNC.
The movements are guaranteed by ball screws and brushless engines.
Using an aluminium template (for the piece correct positioning), through an electronic device, the machine can select its path, the wheel height and all the necessary information to perform the duty cycle, leaving it to the operator to just press the start button.
Using the templates you can select around 200 different types of programmes.
